1) Before work begins: If you cancel before we start work, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
2) After work begins: Refunds are assessed based on work completed. Partial refunds may apply.
3) After delivery: Once the project is delivered and approved, refunds are not provided for completed digital work.
4) Disputes: Contact us with your payment reference and details. We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
